Loans are originated and funded by Capital Community Bank, a Utah Chartered bank, located in Provo, Utah, Member FDIC. We are also funded by a government funded grant program giving us the ability to find money to clients without charging them any interest rates.

The amount you are able to borrow depends on your answers to the loan application  and available loan amounts range from $500 to $50,000.

The Loan product being offered is a one time payment loan with available amounts up to $50,000 with no upfront fees and no interest rates. Xact loans to California residents have a maximum amount financed of $47,286.00. Returning or refinanced customers may be offered double the first amount they were approved for the first time. Please review the details of the loan during the application process. Approval only depends on an active bank account to get started and approved for up to $50,000. You will only have to make a one time payment for your loan amount after you’ve received your funding.

The Xact Loan allows the borrower to make a one time payment of half of the loan amount funded to them therefore you’ll never have to pay out of pocket, or make any monthly or weekly payments on the amount you keep. Due to the amount being funded through a government grant you will only have to make the one time fee of half of the amount once you’ve been funded. You then will have no payments on the amount you keep.

No, due to our loan approval process we do not require any money down, No credit checks, or ssn required. 

Once you are approved, your loan will be processed. If we are able to verify your information and originate your loan before 8 p.m. ET, in most cases you can expect to receive your funds no later than the following business day. We are unable to process loans on days when banks are closed. If you apply late in the day before a banking holiday, or on a banking holiday, your loan will be originated the next business day, and you can expect to receive your funds on the no later than the following business day.

We’re invested in making you feel secure, and that’s why making a payment on your Xact Loan is simple. When you have an Xact Loan, your banking information will be on file to make the necessary charge for the half once your amount is funded to your account. It’s important that you have options to fit your needs. With our one time payment method you can rest easy knowing your payment will be made – without any hassle.

Your one time payment will be electronically withdrawn immediately once the loan amount has been posted to your account. We either deduct it from your card on file or have you send it to us electronically. To view your payment schedule, refer to your loan agreement. Before your loan’s due date, you may also be able to set up a different form of payment – such as debit card, Apple Pay, Cash app, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, cashier’s check, Walmart to Walmart or MoneyGram, please call us at 1-708-904-3336 if you have any issues paying back your loan.

Yes, you can apply for a new Xact loan after your current loan has been paid off. Keep in mind that there may be a waiting period before you can apply for a new Xact loan. You may also be asked to provide a bank statement showing that your loan was paid off.

Our online account management tool, Pocket360, uses Multi-Factor Authentication, Encryption Biware, Federal Clearance Requirements which is a dual- layer of protection for your information. When you send any information it becomes password protected and encrypted so nobody outside of Xact Loans will have access to any of your information.
